INTERGALACTIC (International Event of Technology and Scientific Competition) 2023 is an international level scientific competition held by BEM-FMIPA UNESA. INTERGALACTIC's series of activities are in the form of international webinars and competitions. This year the competitions are held in the form of international level scientific papers and international level infographics. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of education by developing students' intellectual abilities in the form of systematic and methodological scientific writing, and developing or accommodating students' interest in applying their ideas in the form of scientific work in the form of KTI and infographics. Registration for the competition is still ongoing until October 7th, 2023


INTERGALACTIC 2023 carries the theme "Youth's Engagement Blueprint as The Main Agent of Change in Accelerating The Implementation of The SDGs". Youth are considered the main agents of change because they have the energy, fresh ideas, and motivation to address the social, economic, and environmental issues that exist in the world today. They can contribute in various ways, such as advocacy, social action, innovation, and cross-generational collaboration to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the guidelines and strategies they implement.
Apart from competitions, INTERGALACTIC 2023 also has a series of international webinar activities which will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 09.00 GMT+7 hours. The theme of the webinar activity “A Speck of Ink for a Myriad of Achievements by Turning Ideas Into Masterpieces”. The webinar activity will be carried out online via Zoom Meeting and YouTube streaming of BEM FMIPA UNESA. In the webinar, 3 speakers will be presented with details of 2 presenters from UNESA FMIPA Lecturers, and 1 UNESA FMIPA alumni. The presentation of the material will focus on SDGs, the role of the younger generation in the success of the SDGs points, as well as on the authorship of scientific papers in the form of LKTI and infographics..
